Lance White

Lance White is a founding board member of The Human Potentialists, a lifelong entrepreneur, and retired CEO. He is also a compassionate advocate for individuals, families, and communities that have been impacted by incarceration.a

As the CEO of his company, Lance introduced the Enneagram as a tool for strengthening teams, and building a healthy corporate culture. Arguably ahead of his time, he understands the importance of creating a culture of care and connection, where all employees feel safe to bring their whole selves to the workplace. He believes that a thriving work culture is built around shared values, and meaningful personal connections. Inspired by his work with his own company, as well as what he has witnessed unfolding on the insides of prisons and jails around the world, Lance brings to THP his entrepreneurial spirit, leadership, and heart-centered approach to building a business that is a force for good.

He has a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Miami University, and a Master in Business Administration from Harvard University. Lance is a Certified Enneagram Teacher/Trainer in the Narrative Tradition through the Conscious Living Center in Cincinnati, Ohio, and a graduate of EPP’s Guide Training Program.

He and his wife, Diane, divide their time between Cincinnati, Ohio and Santa Fe, New Mexico where they rejoice in welcoming all to share food, laughter, and commune together.
