THP FOUNDATIONS: COURSE DETAILS
THP Foundations Course is open to anyone who has completed EPP’s Enneagram Training Courses 9PrisonsONEKey and Path to Freedom. THP Foundations Course is a prerequisite for EPP Certified Guides and EPP Guides-in-Training, ICF or equivalent credentialed coaches, and licensed or internationally equivalent mental health practitioners who wish to apply to THP tracks and join our now forming practitioner community. THP Foundations course is a a five-day virtual course designed to deepen your self-understanding, study, and work with the Enneagram in community.
Readiness to attend subsequent training Tracks for Coaches, Therapists, and Facilitators, etc. will be demonstrated during Foundations and Practicum work, and considered by application.
The five-day Foundations course is being offered online August 2 - 6, 2022 from 7 am - 3 pm PT each day. The following is a brief overview of the course:

WHAT IT COSTS
The standard fee for the five-day Foundations Course is $2,000.
For those that are able, we invite you to consider your capacity to pay-it-forward with a contribution that is greater than $2,000.
If the fee is prohibitive, we have included space on the application for you to share what would make it possible for you to participate.
Upon completion of the Foundations Course, participants are invited to apply for THP's Instinct and Type Exploration Practicum. The I&T Practicum is a minimum six-month commitment. The fee associated with the I&T Practicum is $2,500. Please note that the practicum has a separate application and fee structure associated with it. The Foundations Course is a prerequisite for applying to the practicum.

Program Overview
THP will offer a credential certification program for EPP Guides, Mental Health Practitioners, Coaches, and more.
Certified THP Providers and Practitioners:
Those who successfully complete the certification process may list themselves as THP certified and may offer services to organizations and individual clients as a THP provider or practitioner on the THP website and through THP offered services.
Prerequisites for THP Certification
The inspiration for the curriculum that trains THP providers and practitioners was developed over a decade of teaching the Enneagram to those on the inside of prisons and jails. The foundational work required for those who wish to be THP credentialed providers or practitioners is participation in Enneagram Prison Project’s (EPP) public programs, 9PrisonsONEKey and Path to Freedom.
- Successful completion of both 9PrisonsOneKey (9P1K) and Path to Freedom (PtF)
- Successful completion of THP Foundations course (see below)
- Track specific requirements will also apply
Curricula
All THP providers and practitioners are required to complete a THP Foundations course prior to pursuing track-specific credentialing.

Furthering your Enneagram study begins with an introduction and continues along a stepwise path which supports both learning, deepening and connecting with the material, oneself and others along the way.
We are on a social justice mission, which began with our work in prisons, freeing people from the prisons of their own making, and finding ourselves needing the same liberation. Our work inside helped our work truly inside ourselves. Our willingness to do the work within ourselves and do the work together, along with our mission and methods, makes us a compassionate collective with a powerful presence and important mission. Join us in our collective and in our courses, where we begin your study and your experience with our nonprofit Organization where it all started for us, Enneagram Prison Project. While you may or may not ever step foot in a prison, you will be enriched by the experience of learning with our guides who go to prison to help others heal and find themselves transformed in kind. Your first two courses on the credential track of your choosing are with our EPP community.

THP Foundations is a five-day course taught by THP faculty, and intended for anyone who is interested in deepening their understanding of the Enneagram as a tool for transformation. In this foundational course, participants are invited to explore their individual purpose and heart’s work through an introduction to THP as an intentional collective. Participants will then learn how to guide others in the process of discovering their Enneagram Type and instinctual subtype.
