Refund & Cancellation Policy

At The Human Potentialists (THP), we are committed to democratizing the Enneagram for the greatest human good. We believe in the transformative power of "The Work" and aim to ensure our community members feel supported in their journey. We understand that circumstances change, and we have established the following policy to be as fair and transparent as possible. We value our customers and aim to resolve all issues directly. Live Courses & Workshops

(e.g., 9PrisonsOneKey, Path to Freedom, Instincts & Triads, Type Deep Dive, I&T Practicum)

THP reserves the right to cancel any course due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, registrants will receive a 100% refund.
Full Refunds: You are eligible for a full refund (minus any non-refundable processing fees) if you cancel your registration at least 14 days prior to the start of the first live session.
Partial Refunds/Credits: Cancellations made between 13 days and 72 hours before the course begins are eligible for a 50% refund or a full credit toward a future course cohort.
No Refunds: Cancellations made within 72 hours of the course start date, or after the course has commenced, may be credited toward a future course within 24 months of the original course start date and are non-refundable. Because our courses rely on intimate cohort sizes and community processing, late withdrawals impact the experience for other participants.

Coaching & Individual Sessions

(e.g., Type Discovery, 1-on-1 Coaching)

Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session at no additional cost if notice is provided at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations: Sessions cancelled with more than 24 hours notice will receive a full refund. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or "no-shows," are non-refundable.

Digital & On-Demand Products

(e.g., Self-Guided Courses, Test Access)

Due to the immediate delivery of digital content, all sales of on-demand courses and test codes are non-refundable. No exceptions.

Organizational Training & Custom Solutions

Refund and cancellation terms for organizational workshops and customized team solutions are governed by the specific Service Agreement or Proposal signed by the client organization.

Pay-It-Forward Contributions

Donations or "Pay-It-Forward" contributions made to support scholarships for formerly incarcerated individuals or those in financial need are considered voluntary contributions and are non-refundable.

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that emergencies happen (e.g., medical emergencies or family crises). In such cases, please contact us at THP_Support@TheHumanPotentialists.com to discuss transferring your registration to a future date or other equitable solutions.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or credit, please email THP_Support@TheHumanPotentialists.com with your name, and the name of the course or service. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
