Halida Hatic

Board Member + Practitioner

Halida Hatic is a board member, guide practitioner, and Community Weaver with The Human Potentialists. Leading with her magnanimous Type 8 heart, she brings to her work with THP, her passion, energy, and commitment to cultivating a more just and sustainable world. Through her work at Enneagram Prison Project, both as a guide of in-custody programs, and a builder of community, Halida has witnessed, firsthand, the personal and collective freedom that is possible through a shared understanding of self and others. She is convinced that a compassionate approach to understanding the Enneagram is a portal to ushering in systemic change and healing generations of trauma and disconnect.

Halida has dedicated her time and energy over the past twenty years to nurturing partnerships with community members, nonprofits, corporations, and local and state governments to foster a better world for everyone. Whether it was working to develop innovative partnerships at the Environmental Protection Agency, collaborating with school districts in Eastern Kentucky to reduce energy consumption, or her current contribution to advancing the transformational work of Enneagram Prison Project, she creates meaningful spaces for collective impact in service to a shared vision. In recognition of her great leadership and compassion, Louisville Mayor Greg Fischer proclaimed May 28, 2019 Halida Hatic Day!

Halida has a Bachelor of Arts in International and Development Economics from the University of New Hampshire, Master of Arts in Urban and Environmental Policy and Planning from Tufts University, and has trained as an Enneagram practitioner in the Narrative Tradition through EPP’s IEA Accredited School, as well as the School of Conscious Living in Cincinnati, Ohio. She is also trained in the Barrett Values Centre’s Cultural Transformation Tools.

Halida lives in Louisville, Kentucky with her husband, Jeff, two kids, and sweet dog, Reina.
